Green Protein Smoothie (keto friendly)
A satisfying and healthy meal in a glass, filled with fiber, protein and fat and not a lot of extra sugars.
TIME: 10 min prep
Â 1c almond or coconut milk
1/2 medium avocado
1T Flax seed, ground
1T raw pumpkin seeds
1 scoop low carb protein powder (I use Physiq)
1 scoop fiber powder
1 large leaves swiss chard, chopped (or approx 1.5c greens like broccoli sprouts, baby kale, collards, or baby spinach)
water to desired thickness
*3-6 drops of stevia extract for sweetness if desired
Pour almond milk into blender or vitamix, add other ingredients except water. Begin blending on ‘smoothie’ setting, adding water until blend circulates well in blender.Â Enjoy!
